Download the .APK from the link on the right.

CIS make a custom compile of Linphone (wikipedia) for Android available that automatically provisions a configuration from the device's IMEI number.

If the app should become unstable or for any reason stop working as originally set up it can be force stopped and the data cleared.  When it's restarted it will fetch the original known-good configuration again.

Once the .APK is first downloaded it will need to be installed.  The .APK is signed with our own signature that is not natively trusted.  If you've had contact with someone from CIS this is the trust relationship that justifies an "install anyway" choice.
