Our office hours are 09:00 to 17:00 weekdays. Any call not answered within 30 seconds is routed to voice mail, as are calls received outside of working hours.
Any voice mail left for us is forwarded to whomever is on duty 24/7/365. It is quite possible that you could get a reponse to a request for information within hours even on a weekend.
Our infrastructure is based at the award winning Custodian Data Centre in Kent, England and the Hetzner Data Center in Cape Town, South Africa.
We have a number of specialist systems (including monitoring) running from 3 other locations world wide.
